We, or our Suppliers or Service Providers, may contact your employer, your bank, or others who may provide verifications of the information you have provided to us. We do not share any information about your specific loan application with these institutions; we only request that they verify information that you have given to us.

We may provide or offer a Certificate of Pre-Approval or Loan Status report to Realtors involved in your transaction. The information made available to these interested third parties shall be general to the transaction and shall not involve specific information such as income, assets, liabilities, or property values.

State and Federal agencies require LoansAtWholesale to provide certain information regarding the number of loan applications received in particular states, loan amounts, and race and gender make-up of our applying customers. All of this required data is disclosed in the aggregate and reported without the use of your personally identifiable information.

LoansAtWholesale is required by all of the states where LoansAtWholesale is licensed to submit to periodic audits of actual customer loan files. Regulators will audit files to be sure that LoansAtWholesale complies with all regulations in place to protect the consumer. By applying for a loan with LoansAtWholesale you grant us permission to include your loan file in these compliance audits.

LoansAtWholesale is required to perform periodic quality control reviews of our calculations and procedures. These functions may be conducted internally or by third party reviewers. In either case, your personally identifiable information will be kept confidential and secure.

Information you provide LoansAtWholesale is required by federal and state regulations to be maintained in our databases for a certain number of years, including withdrawn or cancelled files. This information is stored securely and is accessible only by authorized LoansAtWholesale employees and/or state and federal compliance regulators as required by law.
