Step 3: Complete the secure application. Your personal information is completely
secure and will not be shared with any third-party. Please refer to our Privacy

Step 4: Your application will be automatically received by LoansAtWholesale
processing center and you will be contacted within four business hours.
Step 5: With your authorization, we will submit your application electronically
to Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac for loan approval. Once approval is obtained,
usually the same day as loan application, you are free to lock-in your interest
rate at anytime.
Step 6: One of our Personal Loan Advisors will help you gather together all
underwriting conditions which will be required for funding of your loan. This
will include ordering an appraisal, title work, hazard insurance, ordering
final documents and other required items.
Step 7: Once all documentation has been received, your Personal Loan Advisor
will submit your final package to our in-house underwriters for final sign-off.
Step 8: Our closing department will prepare final loan documents and send them
to your closing agent for loan closing!
